Robotic Simulation Engineer

You will be working as Robotic Simulation Engineer and will be part of Robotics & Discrete Automation business for BA Function Operations, Quality & HSE division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Engineering Manager and will be responsible for acting as a design authority for an engineering discipline with medium complexity. Completing assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and cybersecurity policies and standards.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Planning and arranging of the robot team
  • Explaining technical description to sub-supplier
  • Responsible for project robot simulation engineer, project robot technology configuration
  • Supporting site installation, site robot program \ commission \ trouble shooting support in PD/PS
  • Loading OLP and frame calibration
  • Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions and seeks customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements

 

Your background

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics industrial engineering or equivalent
  • Require 5-8 years of experience for BIW projects
  • Knowledge in designing, manufacturing, robot
  • Good to have factory automation, SPMs, robotics applications, automotive industries experience
  • Sound knowledge of Factory Automa on, SPMs, Robo cs Applica ons
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
