Job Description:

1.Has a good understanding of BIW assembly process (Weld, Paint, Final Assembly)
2. Experience in:
              a.    Robots reach study (Robotic Simulation for various Weld, Sealing, Handling processes)
              b.    Interference-Clearance analysis
              c.    Specification/Study Documentation as per customer's standards
             d.    Feasibility study
             e.    Layout creation & cycle time study
3. Provide engineering support for introducing new car models on a running line and Production Ramp-up for an existing line
4. Offshore coordination, scheduling & good communication
5. Interact with Clients and stakeholders located at different locations across North America & Canada to get required inputs and understand the requirement
6. Open to Travel
7. SOFTWARES: DELMIA-V5 (MUST), CATIA-V5, 3Dx (not a must), MS OFFICE (MUST)
