Job description-

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technology /Architecture with hands-on experience of Blue Prism and UI path RPA tool for at least 5 year.
• Familiarity with source control systems.
• Experience as a Technical Consultant in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism and Uipath.
• Hands-on approach essential

Responsibilities:

• Works with RPA process team and troubleshoots platform issues.
• Monitors and maintains RPA infrastructure (server, terminal, application, control room, web servers, etc and related services).
• Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure.
  Assists the BOT support team to monitor bot runs on RPA platform and resolve production issues.
• Monitor tickets assigned in the queue system and resolve them in a timely manner.
  Help to migrates BOT code between multiple environments to facilitate
  testing.
• Maintains user and bot accesses as approved by system and process owners.
• Maintain and update credentials for runtime resources
• Measure runtime resource utilization, align capacity planning,
• Performs scheduled maintenance activities such as server reboot & software patching.
• Perform regular status health checks on critical infrastructure components
• Develops admin activity related documentation.
• Partner with Technology Information Security and Risk teams to design solutions that adhere to security policies for Automation use cases
