RPA Architect

Responsibilities:

• Understand current state, org structure, business functions, systems, current solutions, requirements, metrics
• Define COE charter & and governance/ communication model
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SDLC) & and processes for the COE
• Process Improvement review mechanism, build templates, frameworks for automation service management, program mgmt., Solutioning – Buy vs Build decision-making frameworks, life cycle execution and platform/infra mgmt.
• System Access & Infra setup
• Tech foundation, Infrastructure, IAM, component development & architecture
• Setup Intake, prioritization, development & deployment tools and processes with standards
• Metrics finalization & dashboard setup
• Innovation Labs setup
• Knowledge Transition to Customer Automation leadership - Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure for deployment, scaling, and automation.

‘Must Have’ Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Overall experience of around 8-10 years as a RPA Expert with a strong emphasis on UiPath / Power Automate

- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).

- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash).

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
