Description:
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis - Process Discovery Modelling, Re-engineering and Qualifying Business process for RPA
Ability to gather/discover granular requirements of business processes by interviewing business users and stakeholders and mining from documents, etc.
Analyze business processes, prepare findings and gaps documentation, identify potential RPA automation opportunities
Define candidature for automation by deriving quantitative and qualitative benefits, throughput analysis, business prioritization, technical complexity t-shirt sizing etc.
Ability to recommend re-engineer/design to-be process for automation
Ability to develop well-written automation Use Cases consumable by business and technical staff for RPA
