RPA Change Management Specialist n the intake process for new RPA licenses and service accounts, contributing to our organization's ongoing automation efforts. Key Responsibilities: • RPA Change Management: o Review and approve change tickets for RPA deployments in ServiceNow (average of 135 tickets monthly). o Ensure all required documentation is included in each ticket, including: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-off Inventory of all associated files, scripts, and configurations Solution Design Document (SDD) availability Installation, validation, and rollback plan documentation o Collaborate with RPA user groups (Example: Scrum master, developers) to address any issues or missing information in change tickets.
