We are looking for RPA Developer to join their team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities in existing customer business processes to RPA frameworks/technology. You'll function as an integrator between the business and technology to create solutions for customers based on business requirements. This role will provide technical leadership and guidance for RPA Developers and other resources during project delivery. The focus will initially be to deliver fast results, using software robots based on the Blue Prism platform.

This person will be doing more than just development, they will be keeping an eye on the environment and making sure they understand Blue Prism so they can do troubleshooting. Good understanding of SQL and having hands on experience with

Blue Prism service and virtual desktops with be crucial.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and administer RPA Blue Prism Software & Management Console
  • Recommend changes to Business Processes to complement RPA capabilities (BPM)
  • Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution
  • Monitor and update RPA Solutions
  • Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
  • Provide technical solutions, effort estimation, and delivery strategy
  • Lead a team of developers through project completion and code review
  • Supporting Global Function leads and Managers to simplify and standardize business processes through Robotics. Identify work process with opportunity for automation
  • Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery
  • Develop Detail Process Description - PDD (Process Description Document)
  • Develop detailed SDD (Solution Design Document), Testing and Implementations based on best practice
  • Deliver demos, technical trainings, and support for new/existing customers
  • Grow and identify RPA sales opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Work with our team and customers to build RPA Center of Excellence (COE) to drive automation pipeline, but not limited to TCO/ROI analysis, best practices, and RPA program/project management
  • Manage programming using the language needed for Blue Prism software
  • Recommend changes to Business Processes to complement RPA capabilities (BPM) Manage numerous RPA Implementation projects, validating and creating (developing) robotised processes.
  • Monitoring the Blue Prism Server / Virtual Desktop environment.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, international environment, cooperating with various roles and functions across Europe, Eastern Europe, Americas & Asia

     

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in process automation
  • Advanced RPA certifications or currently working toward certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of process design and process improvement experience
  • 5+ years of RPA (preferably more than 4 years Blue Prism)
  • Process automation using C++, VBA, .NET and Python is an advantage
  • At least 1+year Blue Prism environment knowledge (App & DB Server / Virtual Desktops)
  • Strong Experience of BPM
  • Basic Program Management Skills
  • Agile Project Management methodology
  • Knowledge of IT - including PC's & Networking
  • Certifications with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automate Anywhere is a plus)
