RPA Developer - Blue Prism

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions utilizing RPA tools and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery
• Consult with partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including solution design, development, testing and risk identification/mitigation
• Analyze client's current state of operations and make recommendations for automation improvements based upon analyzing service desk and other business support operations
• Work with clients to design automation solutions using major automation software tools
• Work independently with customer input to develop proof of concepts and demonstrations
• Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and recommend automation solutions including architectural and technical designs
• Drive strategic and tactical roll-out of solutions to clients
• Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows and Visual Business Objects
• Create and document procedures and scenarios
• Configure business logic within code-stages in languages within the Java family
• Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access
• Coordinate activities within clients' IT / Automation COE / business environments to develop, test and deploy RPA solutions

Job Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a technical development role
• Programming Experience with a major programming language
  • Microsoft .NET (C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET)
• Experience using common scripting languages
  • Python/Perl & Shell scripting
  • PowerShell
• Experience in defining and designing business processes modeling (BPM)
• Data Analysis Experience.

Preferred

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation Tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, IPsoft)
• Proficient in Automation, build, packaging and release tooling
• Experience with Dev/Ops tooling for build, configuration and deployment
• Working knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Cloud technologies
• Familiar with Business Intelligence products
• Familiar with ITIL processes for IT service management
• Some system administration/OS knowledge on Wintel or Unix/Linux
• Experience with various SQL databases
• Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, Salt Stack, Puppet)
• Experience with message queues and message queue architectures
• Experience with various integration methodologies and mechanisms
  • RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Enterprise Message Bus (MuleSoft, Camel)
  • Message Queues (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)
• Some experience is various IT ops towers (Compute, Storage, Database, Network)
• 3+ years Object Oriented Development Experience (Java/C++/.NET, etc.)
• 3+ years Tech Lead Experience which includes Business Process Management and Data Analysis
• 1+ years Scripting (Shell/Python/Perl, etc.)
