Roles And Responsibilities

As an RPA developer, you will support the development, configuration, and integration of new RPA solutions, in addition to the operations and maintenance of existing components in the CLIENT HR technology stack. RPA plays a significant role in the CLIENT solution and this role will support not only new components but refactoring of existing components for efficiency, compliance, and performance. Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. The RPA technologies are Kofax and UIPath but you will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users.

Development and configuration - 60%.

Troubleshooting issues - 20%.

Testing support and execution - 10%.

Design and Documentation - 10%.
