RPA Developer (UiPath)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to join our automation team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance efficiency across various business functions. This role requires a combination of technical skills, including proficiency in RPA tools, scripting, and a strong understanding of process optimization. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

Design & Development: 
 

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility. 
 

Develop and implement robust, scalable, and efficient automation solutions using UiPath. 
 

Create detailed design documents, test plans, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 
 

Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their requirements and expectations. 
 

Implementation & Maintenance: 
 

Deploy RPA bots and manage them in production environments. 
 

Perform regular system checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed bots. 
 

Ensure continuous improvement by monitoring bot performance and optimizing processes. 
 

Collaboration & Communication: 
 

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders. 
 

Provide training and support to end-users on automated solutions. 
 

Communicate effectively to ensure smooth execution of automation initiatives. 
 

Innovation & Improvement: 
 

Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends. 
 

Continuously explore and implement innovative automation solutions to address evolving business needs. 
 

Required Skills: 
 

Technical Expertise: 
 

Proficiency in RPA tools, specifically UiPath. 
 

Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to automate document-centric processes. 
 

Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, extraction, and reporting. 
 

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or VB Script. 
 

Problem-Solving Skills: 
 

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into automated workflows. 
 

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues promptly. 
 

Communication & Collaboration: 
 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
 

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple stakeholders. 
 

Preferred Qualifications: 
 

Experience with other RPA tools is a plus. 
 

Familiarity with agile development methodologies. 
 

Certification in UiPath or other RPA tools.
