RPA DeveloperReliance Matrix is an insurance company that works with intermediaries and small groups to service life insurance, short term disability, and other insurance related claims. Currently undergoing a major data initiative, RPA is being used to help facilitate data transformation work and automate business processes. Job responsibilities:With minimal supervision and guidance, develop processes based on requirements documentation and architectural designs given.Monitor production environment, research issues that arise, and manage production issue tickets.Communicate with business partners to gather requirements and create requirement documentation.Review production code and suggest improvements that will resolve ongoing issues or better meet business process needs.Perform user acceptance testing steps including creation of test plans, working with business teams to test code, and making hotfixes to address any fallout issues from testing. Requirements:Strong computer science foundational knowledge such as design principles, datatypes, collections (specifically DataTables), LINQ, regular expressions, and APIs.Strong customer service skills.Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities, and effectively juggle tasks.Experience using UiPath, VB.NET, git, Azure DevOps, Excel, and Postman.Must have skill - UiPath7+ years of Hands-on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects. Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. Design, develop, and test automation workflows. Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools. Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. Collaborate with multiple team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions. Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
