We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team in Kochi, Trivandrum. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of web applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities:

➤ Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

➤ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements.

➤ Design, implement, and maintain features and functionalities.

➤ Write clean and efficient code, ensuring the application's performance and scalability.

➤ Debug and troubleshoot issues, as well as optimize existing code.

➤ Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

➤ Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.

➤ Work in an agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

Requirements:

➤ 4+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

➤ Strong expertise in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.

➤ Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

➤ Experience working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

➤ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

➤ Version control using Git.

➤ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.

➤ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

➤ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
