Must Have

  • Ruby/RoR
  • Intermediate level (or greater) SQL
  • Knowledge of databases (including Mongo)
  • Familiarity with AWS (SQS, SNS, Lambda, FileGateway, S3, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Bitbucket
  • Familiarity with Agile approach to software development
  • At least beginner level Linux familiarity
  • Work environment is Microsoft 365 VDI running virtual Linux for development.

 

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of science/science background
  • Linux
  • Familiarity with Atlassian apps: Confluence, JIRA
  • Familiarity with Service-Now, Active Directory, LDAPS, PMP, Okta

IDE in their workspace environment is their choice - most use Visual Studio Code
