 Requirements

 

  • Self Driven. Pushes themselves to understand the domain
  • Asks educated questions. Properly documents answers for future reference
  • Strong team player. Collaborative
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance (once requirements are understood)
  • Ability to identify and raise potential red flags in assigned tasks
  • Demonstrates professional maturity
  • Ability to work alone (when pair is not available)
  • Ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams from requirements
  • Ability to clearly explain implementation approach
  • Ability to navigate a challenging code base (with a pair) and understand complex architecture and requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience
  • Prior experience working with relational databases
  • Prior experience with developing with any OO language
  • Prior experience building unit tests
  •  

 

Nice-To-Have

  • Prior experience with Kotlin
  • Prior experience working with postgres
  • Prior experience or knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Prior experience writing test cases
