Develop and maintain an understanding of SaaS application footprint, organizations, and types of licenses deployed. • Setup and manage an intake process for adding, reducing, swapping, or transferring licenses. • Ensure that SaaS licenses are freed up and made available for reuse when application users leave the company. • Provide recommendations for optimal usage of licenses based on utilization and application function. • Define frequency and cadence for review with other enterprise teams. • Support the governance of ensuring licensing requests are addressed and in line with enterprise strategy for the application. • Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Enterprise Architecture, system owners, TAM, VMO, Purchasing and Finance on the end-to-end processes related to licensing. • Translate data gathered from user discussions and produce reports on discoveries and trends for management. • Advise stakeholders on different editions and types of licenses to enable rightsizing the footprint. • Provide inputs to Finance to enable chargebacks to organizations aligned to their usage. • Assist in the development of policies, processes, standards, and procedures. • Incorporate knowledge of business and technology to make recommendations. • Apply analytical thinking to assess trends and evaluate value of technology assets based on TCO and usage. • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
