SAC Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
SAC Planning Development:
Design, develop, and maintain SAC planning models.
Implement data actions and advanced formulas to support complex business planning scenarios.
Develop and optimize advanced features within SAC to enhance planning capabilities.
JavaScript Scripting:
Utilize JavaScript for custom scripting within SAC to meet specific business requirements.
Develop and maintain custom widgets and extensions using JavaScript.
Dashboards and Visualizations:
Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards.
Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, provide actionable insights, and align with business needs.
Data Integration:
Manage the import and export of data between SAC and external systems.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency during integration processes.
Work with APIs and other integration tools to automate data flows.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize the performance of SAC models and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues as they arise.
Advanced Features and Innovations:
Stay updated with the latest SAC features and functionalities.
Explore and implement new features to continuously improve planning and reporting processes.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, specifically in planning and modeling.
Proficiency in JavaScript for custom scripting in SAC.
Strong understanding of data actions, advanced formulas, and other advanced SAC features.
Experience in designing and developing dashboards and visualizations.
Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools, including APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Analytics Cloud certification.
Experience with other SAP tools and technologies (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA).
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
Prior experience in a similar role within a large organization.
