Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate agile development teams using Scrum Framework principles
- Lead teams through timeboxed iterations (sprints) and track progress via stand-up meetings
- Understand and align with organizational strategies and objectives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Less than 5 years of SDLC experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence skills
- Experience in Agile Scrum environments
- Passion for enhancing consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Scrum Master certification
- Background in insurance operations
- Technical documentation skills
