Service Lead for WebMethods/GXS role involves managing and maintaining critical applications within the ASM framework:
- Application Support: Provide leadership in various service operation processes, including Webmethods and Gateway related incident management , configuration management, change management, release management, and applications support of documentation for SOP based resolutions and other key related integration issues.
- Technical Expertise: API Gateways: features, components, and architecture; Integration and WebMethods :configuration and manage SOAP-based APIs, REST APIs, and WebSocket APIs; Security and Governance: security practices , OAuth2, API keys, and access control .
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java and shell scripting (Linux).
- Tools: Experience with SOAP UI and SQL Developer.
- Networking Protocols: Understanding of protocols like TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, SOAP, and AS2, including certificate-based transmission.

- API Gateway Knowledge: - Expertise on the fundamentals of API Gateway. Familiarization with its features, components, and architecture. - Expertise in create, manage, and secure APIs using the API Gateway user interface. - Expertise on topics like SOAP to REST transformation, policy enforcement, and message transformation.
