Top 3 MUST:

  • Java - enhancements and new code from scratch
  • Development experience in SailPoint Identity IQ
  • Backend database (Oracle, ability to write queries, read/write into the database)

Top "nice”:

  • AWS knowledge


Where have candidates come up short:

  • Candidates can configure and onboard in SailPoint, but don't have the actual development experience
  • candidates look good on paper but then in interview fall short or manager can see them reading off a screen

Duties:
• Participate in requirements gathering and use case development;
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts and features;
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions;
• Development background (i.e. JAVA);
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business);
• Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation;
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
• Strong IAM domain knowledge;
• Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts.
• Strong Technical Skills: Java, Oracle SQL, IdentityIQ
