I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Office of the Attorney General of Texas requires the services of 1 Software Developer 2, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Software Developer 2, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Office of the Attorney General of Texas.

All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Office of the Attorney General of Texas will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).

The Texas Office of the Attorney General Child Support Division is looking for an experienced Senior SailPoint Engineer with deep, hands-on expertise developing large scale, low latency, identity initiatives and surrounding services. This high impact work enables agile decision making and uses real-time customer/user data and intelligence to verify and authorize customers with the identity platform being the foundation of this success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Enterprise Identity experience; validation and verification
  • Hands-on SailPoint development and platform administration experience
  • Experience with SailPoint connectors
  • Hands on development experience with T-SQL & PostgreSQL
  • Ensuring data compliance and working within modern standards to ensure that the data services meet or exceed all regulatory expectations
  • Experience with Microsoft AD AZURE to SailPoint Integration
  • Experience with Okta to SailPoint Integration
  • Creating SailPoint reports related to user management and governance
  • Experience with implementing an Identity Governance program using SailPoint
  • Collaborating with existing data team and internal customers and partners to design, develop and deliver solutions and key business insights
  • Hands-on experience working with complex end-to-end data solutions for massively scaled products and services.
  • A strong communicator with great organizational skills: there’s a high level of cross team collaboration, information from many verticals flows into this data pipeline, and there are a variety of stakeholders involved
  • Self-starter and innovator who likes to solve complex problems
  • Exceptional skills working autonomously and collaboratively; strong drive and self-direction
  • Preferred hands-on engineering and development experience with the following tools and technologies required: SQL, Amazon Lambda, Amazon S3, QlikView, Apache Kafka, Snowflake
  • Work in the US with the capacity to work from home a minimum of 40 hours a week during our regular business hours
