Job Description:

·Strong engineering experience of Sailpoint IdentityIQ

·Experience in CyberArk PAM & Okta

·Has experience on providing maintenance support of IAM deployments with source and target systems

·Strong in overall IAM concepts of identity lifecycle management, role management, joiner, mover and leaver processes

·Should have overall experience of 9+ with delivery management for projects with large teams.

·Work closely on services compliance, improvements, maturity, and roadmap to business transformation by bringing business SMEs from various practices.

·Align on tools, automation, cloud, platform and technology transformation through tech experts and leverage our technology partners

·SLA and KPI monitoring, tracking, Preparation of dashboard and reporting

·Issue resolution and escalation management

·Advise on how to leverage functionalities of the SailPoint solution.

·Ensure technical best practices and standards are implemented (incl. code management, automated integration and deployment)

·Provide guidance to the technical team to perform the upgrade: refactor the code, solution configuration, integration into its ecosystem (ex: connectors)
