Must-Have Skills
5+ years of SailPoint experience (IIQ or IdentityNow)
Experience over degree is acceptable
Experience with configuring complex LCM workflows, workgroups, direct connectors, and Segregation of Duty rules
Knowledge of role-based access controls and automating provisioning/deprovisioning
Proficiency with Invisio, Confluence, Jira, and Excel
Job Description
The SailPoint IAM Engineer will play a key role in the IAMO Transformation program, focusing on the configuration and implementation of SailPoint's LCM product. Responsibilities include:
Migrating 2000+ applications into SailPoint
Configuring application access requests and workflows
Implementing preventative and detective Segregation of Duty rules
Training and mentoring team members on SailPoint IdentityNow
Collaborating with IT engineering to drive solution adoption
Ensuring SailPoint IGA optimization and periodic reviews
Interpreting and implementing security policies and standards
Designing and maintaining process workflows and documentation
Supporting and resolving system incidents, problems, and changes
