Responsibilities:
- Implement Sailpoint Identity NOW solutions, configure virtual appliances, and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop Identity profile transforms, connectors, and cloud rules.
- Facilitate role-based provisioning and manage access reviews.
- Onboard applications such as Workday, Active Directory, Success Factor, and ServiceNow.
- Utilize IDNow APIs and manage event triggers and workflows.
- Generate reports, manage Segregation of Duties (SOD), and enforce general policies.
- Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners.
- Conduct post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Provide support for user testing, debugging, and maintenance post-implementation.
- Assist in managing project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in enterprise software or systems integration.
- 1 year of enterprise software implementation experience.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
- Knowledge of XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web and Application Servers.
- Experience in software installation on Windows and Unix platforms.
- Familiarity with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and Directories (LDAP, AD).
Good-to-Haves:
- Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft).
- Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (SailPoint IIQ).
- Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC).
- Excellent communication skills and client interaction experience.
- Exposure to QA duties, security software, or internal IT audit.
- Learning agility for cross-training.
- Previous experience in a startup company or at a Big 4/leading system integrator.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IS, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering.
