Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and service requests.
  • Manage user identities, roles, and access permissions within the SailPoint platform.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.
  • Collaborate with development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor system performance and health, ensuring high availability and performance of the SailPoint platform.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all IAM processes comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the IAM framework.
  • Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, certifications.
  • Build and maintain workflows for various Lifecycle Events (Joiner, Leaver, Mover, Rehire and Inactive).
  • Assists in the program development process, user acceptance testing, user access reviews, system documentation and implementation.
  • Actively seek new ways of automating and eliminating task-based and repetitive work, to remove human error, and improve security posture.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ installation, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles.
  • Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are a plus.
