Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be an essential part of our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and playing a key role in our company's growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, setting the stage for successful sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outbound calling and emailing.
  • Prospecting: Research and build lists of potential clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Outreach: Conduct high-volume prospecting to book meetings with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the healthcare industry and market trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on lead generation and sales metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
