  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business stakeholders to activate and scale existing customers.
  • Deep understanding of on-line panels, on-line sampling, offline studies, Qualitative and Quantitative and research methodologies.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters.
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams including delivery teams and product teams to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Handle both strategic high-level management and transactional sales activity including creating project customer bids.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities thus devising new lines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional regulation.
  • Strong hold on specific vendors requirement who can bring strategic entry point into line of businesses.
  • Coach and train other sales members in the team

  • Prior Experience in market research.
  • Self-Motivated and Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
