Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in selling Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions to multinational corporations. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth for our GCC offerings.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new clients for our GCC services

Understand the needs and challenges of multinational corporations seeking to establish or expand their GCC presence in India

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to achieve sales targets

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in GCC development and management

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the IT services industry

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth

In-depth understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their value proposition for multinational corporations

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to build strong relationships and manage a high-performing team

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
