About the job

Key Responsibilities


 

Acquire new business and close deals to position Datamatics’ BPO solutions i.e. Finance & Accounting, document processing, health care payer/provider, claims processing, insurance process outsourcing and banking process outsourcing.

Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business (Building a 'territory‘)

In-depth understanding of digital experience/user experience business and related services/solutions.

Understand the customer’s buying cycle

Hunt for new logos/clients – majorly the MHA (Must Have Accounts)

Achieve and regularly meet sales target

Contribute to the overall sales growth strategies and plans

Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure (Networking, presentation, negotiation, persistent follow-ups)

Identify and map business strengths and customer’s diverse needs

Anticipate possible escalations and keep the Sales posted for timely intervention

Respond to bid documents, legal clauses, reviewing RFPs and supporting documents


 

Desired Skills/Competencies


 

Must have at least 10 years of sales/business development experience with at least 5 years selling either of the technology offerings- healthcare payer/provider, F&A outsourcing, banking process outsourcing or Insurance process outsourcing

Ability to work with offshore teams and cross-collaborate across teams & regions.

Must be a graduate
