Description

  • Work closely with MTI sales engineer and MTI customers to support project application/run-off.
  • Evaluate the data given by the sales engineers for submitting the tool proposal and support sale engineer in understanding the project requirement by discussing with MTI customer.
  • Enter all project opportunities and create engineering projects in CRM and escalation to ESG team.
  • Partnering with MTI sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Supporting MTI sales executives with solution selling into customers.
  • Plan and propose the suitable cutting tools-based on applications to suit the customer requirements.
  • Understanding functional aspect of fixture & machine, which affects / limits tool design
  • Co-ordinate with Sale team / Product Management / ESG / CSD / Manufacturing and develop a value proposal for customer.
  • Layouts preparation for all standard tools with help of NOVO / NWBC tools.
  • Attending the DAP (Design Approval Process) with customer to get the tool design approval to start the manufacturing tools.
  • Evaluation of quality parameter for the proposal and working of best CPC to finalize the project order
  • Calculating machine power / torque to suggest the best tooling
  • Checking the tool interference with fixture / 3D model component in solid works software to eliminate the tool assembly fouling.
  • Runoff support for MTI and end customer till the project is handed over to local sales team.
  • Handing over the final project documents to sales team for repeat sale.
  • Validating new products at MTI customer and proposing in future project cases.
  • Make appropriate visit plan and utilize CRM for visit management.
  • Preparation of quality information for management to review overall enquiry updates.
  • To continuously improve current working knowledge of existing and new products and services.

  • Helping in the suggestion of custom-made products to design required for specific requirement of MTI Project.
  • Creating success stories / case studies for MTI tooled up projects and sharing with all territory sales team.
