What’s the opportunity?

InTone is looking for an India-based Sales Engineer to manage customer integrations on-site, provide technical support to customers and perform pre-sales tasks. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of software products.

In this role you will:

  • Travel on-site and execute integrations and POCs with customers across India and the Philippines
  • Build strong and effective relationships with customers, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Visit industry conferences and events
  • Negotiate product, integration security and technical requirements with customers
  • Organize demos in the customer environment
  • Provide the necessary support during POCs and scaling
  • Provide feedback to the product management team to help improve InTone's core product

Our expectations:

  • Experience in B2B sales or customer success (preferably tech early-stage SaaS / Call Center software companies)
  • Technical qualifications: software engineering degree or experience in software project management / testing / quality assurance
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an unstructured and changing startup environment

Bonus points for:

  • Software engineering experience
  • Experience in international deep-tech startups
  • Experience in working with Call Centers / BPOs
