Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for maintaining (30%) Nordson’s leading position in existing segments and extending (70%) it further into new market segments.
  • Being the primary point of contact between Nordson India Pvt. Ltd. and our ICS customers in the assigned territory.
  • Developing new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Customer relationship management for these customers.
  • Meeting sales targets and maintaining a healthy receivables position.
  • Obtaining market research information and communicating this to Nordson India.
  • Participating in the formulation of marketing strategy in South Asia.
  • Develop relationship with systems integrators, material suppliers and ancillary equipment vendors.
  • Team up effectively with service members of his region to deliver timely technical services, drive customer satisfaction and improve revenue from technical aftermarket and service support.
  • Other duties as assigned
