About the job

Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US. Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as DICE, Monster, Hot jobs, Third Party Vendors etc.

Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Experience working with Prime Vendor, End Client, and Implementation partner.

Marketing Bench Consultant with all work permits

Good Communication skills.

Experience level: 6-8 years

Qualifications

At least Bachelors degree or equivalent in education and experience.

Candidates with good knowledge and passion for Sales for the US Market.

Prior similar experience in the US is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Job Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Timings: EST Zone
