  • Minimum Graduate
  • Masters Degree with marketing specialization will be preferred
  • Experience 3-6 years of team handling experience in direct sales.

 

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end Jio Fiber business at the unit Level.
  • Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope.
  • Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching.
  • Achieve sales target for Jio Fiber business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level.
  • Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners etc.
  • Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory.
  • Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index.
  • Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen situations and escalations.
