We are seeking a Specialist Trainer to lead the training and development initiatives for our Inside Sales team. This role involves designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Training and Development: Expertise in creating and delivering comprehensive sales training programs.
  • Curriculum Design: Ability to develop training curricula tailored to the needs of the sales team.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales techniques and best practices.
  • Engaging Presentation Skills: Proficiency in delivering engaging and informative training sessions.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Skill in assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM use.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales training or sales management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and industry trends.
