Responsibilities
Takes Complete ownership of all SFDC administrative functions, troubleshooting, and general systems maintenance.
Continue development of an ongoing management system (inside SFDC).
High-level configuration of custom objects, workflow, validation rules, etc. Support users in view creation, dashboards, report functions, roles, permissions, and security.
Develop and deploy Visualforce pages and Apex classes and triggers.
Maintained data integrity, record merging, transfer account/contact ownership, data importing, etc.
Understand industry practices to support user functions better and suggest technical improvements to existing workflows.
Develop and improve complex SFDC management system coding.
Establish relationships with the various stakeholders, analyze existing processes, and understand business needs and priorities for ongoing development and improvement of SFDC systems.
Assist and support the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Teams.
Knowledge and Skills
Must have 5 years of Salesforce experience
3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience.
2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; executive-level presence and experience facilitating meetings
Good analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specification
Strong understanding of Apex code, Visualforce Page, and writing test classes.
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce customizations including but not limited to formulas, workflows, approval rules, email alerts, and assignment rules.
Must have experience working in sandboxes and migrating functionality to production environments
Strong understanding of all SFDC modules.
Deep knowledge of Reports and Dashboards, including Custom Report Types.
Hands-on experience using data loader for data export and import.
Working knowledge of AppExchange products
Flexible to work in the Rotational shifts including night shifts (Need basis)
Any Graduate
