Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment supporting large global customer base.
Handle admin activities in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing cloud and partner portal
Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams.
Experience Required
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
Strong experience in any of the given application Marketo, Outreach, Widen, Chilipiper, Sales Navigator, Highspot, Prospector and Data Files, ZoomInfo
Certification
Certified in Salesforce certified administrator (Sales, Service and Marketing) or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
Certified in any of this application will be an advantage - Marketo, Outreach, Widen, Chilipiper, Sales Navigator, Highspot, Prospector and Data Files, ZoomInfo, LeanData
