Specific Services Required
In the role of the Salesforce Admin, the following services are required:
- Updating the Salesforce database system for ensuring optimal performance for the organization, stakeholders and users.
- Maintaining various aspects like reports, dashboards and workflow.
- Periodically accessing the system and suggesting changes for the salesforce platform to improve business processes and customer service execution.
- Creating and maintaining database reports on sales, utilization, workflow and errors.
- Updating and managing the overall organization system by maintaining the user records, dashboards and sales records in a structured manner.
- Assisting with the integration of data flow from other systems when needed.
- Removing redundancy or duplicity of the user's account or details.
Required Skills And Experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce flows, record types, page layouts, formulas, quick actions, Custom Apps, and Digital Experience management.
- Experience with objects, fields, relationships, and the impact of different design decisions. Ability to apply best practices.
- Experience with dashboards and reporting.
- Experience using data loader and vetting AppExchange products.
- Experience with user management including new user setup, user deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and other routine tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem solving around issues such as user access, declarative logic, business requests, sandbox management, and backup solutions.
- Comfortable engaging and escalating issues to Salesforce
- Knowledge of advanced concepts such as governor limits, data skew, and external integrations are a plus.
- Must be very organized, pro-active and self-directed.
- Must be self-starter and driven. Must Drive the work from requirements to implementation.
- Must have very strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
- Work with the Salesforce Architect to establish best practices.
- Work with management to supply input for key design and architecture decisions, as well as work estimation and resource planning.
