• Experienced SF Administrator
• Strong experience in Health Cloud & Service Cloud
• Strong experience in Automation (Flow)
• Strong experience in gathering new requirement
• Agile/Scrum experience as a Admin role
• Knows how to write strong User Stories
• Configure Salesforce and deliver out of box solutions (declarative solutions e.g. flows, non-apex functionality; but can understand apex as needed)
• Setup security settings and sharing rule models
• Build Reports and Dashboards
• Facilitate business process analysis and automation discussions
• Help define system tests and handoff to testing team
• Responsible for the validation and verification of user stories relevant to the Apollo implementation
• Conducts or participates in daily calls with onsite team to resolve project issues
• Monitors bug fixes and technical changes with team
• Participate in Design Workshops
• Identify best approach to satisfy all prioritized business requirements between Salesforce.com and third-party applications
• Verifies that data solution meets functional specifications
