- Hands on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, CRM Analytics, and other 3rd party applications
- Support our continuous release process including testing and validating new and existing features and applications that support key business groups
Basic Qualifications:
- Have 5+ years of experience with Salesforce administration including experience configuring Workflows, Validation Rules, Lightning Flow, Process Builder, Roles, Public Groups, Profiles, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Metadata apps and Change Sets
- Experience in the CRM domain; understanding of overall SFDC architecture and working knowledge of SFDC integration approach and architecture
- Experience with Salesforce Change Sets and/or XML packages
- Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority. Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work.
- Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field and experience
- In depth understanding of Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, controllers, Triggers, and Apex Data Loader
- Experience with SSO and web services integration
- Experience with Data migration.
- Experience with AWS tools including AppFlow, S3, LAMDA etc
