Salesforce admin and platform developer I certification at minimum
Nice to have Platform Developer II
In depth knowledge and hand on experience of Apex,triggers,Batch and Scheduled jobs,flows,LWC,AuraAble to debug logs
Able to support release deployment
Should be able to work with BSAs on refining stories and pointing stories
Should be able to do solution designing and implementation without much handholding
Should know Salesforce best practices
Should know apex limits and how to implement them in coding
Should focus on less coding more configuration based implementation using flows
Should have good knowledge on javascripts API callouts
Sharing and visibility/security settings
