Salesforce Administrator  
 Located: San Diego, CA – Hybrid 2 days/week,  
M-F 8 am to 5 pm PST 
 Experience : 10+ Yrs

Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000 + Bonus (usually around 8%); The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

A Salesforce Administrator will build, scale, and maintain the rapidly growing Salesforce Org structure for clients and Quick Bridge while partnering with Product Managers, Software Engineers, IT, and other Business Stakeholders across the company to achieve desired strategic outcomes. The position is responsible, at various levels, for working with IT leadership to engage stakeholders in gathering user requirements, defining system functionality, and developing declarative solutions on the Salesforce platform and integrated systems. The Salesforce Administrator will also assist with the day-to-day functions of the company for any escalated end-user support needs. 
 
Major Responsibilities:

Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem while developing a strong understanding of any related integrations with Salesforce (ex: Five9, Twilio, Adobe, Conga) 
Work with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to confirm requirements, describe product features, and document technical and functional designs. 
Deliver high-quality and scalable declarative solutions on the Salesforce platform within the scope of customer requirements and business specifications. 
Create test cases and validate new development and configuration 
Acts as QA for all Salesforce-related enhancements developed by other Salesforce Administrators and Developers and provides QA support for Software Engineers 
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolution options and provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly fix issues with Salesforce.com

Options with Distinguishing Characteristics:

Salesforce Administrator I (KL5): 
Hands-on role in Salesforce design and development with declarative tools to product specifications. Works to improve existing Salesforce processes. Responsible for deploying low to moderate-complexity development tasks and projects.

Salesforce Administrator II (KL6): 
Performs advanced development and troubleshooting analysis in Salesforce to develop and design new features and resolve customer issues. Provide actionable insights that improve business outcomes and minimize risk. Collaborates with software engineers to develop and deploy full-scope solutions across technical platforms.
