Salesforce Architect

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define business objectives.
• Design and architect scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce solutions and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, design patterns, and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
