Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand their requirements, translate them into comprehensive Salesforce solutions, and define long-term Salesforce strategy.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and future-proof Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Lead the development and implementation of complex customizations, integrations, and automations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant Salesforce technologies, specifically focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
Guide and mentor Salesforce developers in best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions.
Configure and implement advanced features within Sales Cloud to optimize the sales process, enhance lead management, and drive opportunity growth.
Configure and implement functionalities within Service Cloud to improve case management, empower customer self-service capabilities, and automate service processes.
Ensure data integrity and security by defining data governance policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for future reference.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends through continuous learning and certification.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security concepts, and governance principles.
Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and customizations.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX) is a plus.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
