Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, a strong technical background, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and implement Salesforce solutions to streamline operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Design and implement effective data management strategies, including data quality, security, and integration.
• Train and educate users on Salesforce features and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, including Salesforce Lightning, and continuously improve our Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and Apex programming.
• Experience with Salesforce integration with other systems (e.g., SAP).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning and its capabilities.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce in complex environments.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
• Experience with Salesforce mobile development.
• Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
