Job Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
  • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
  • Work collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking.
  • Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.
  • Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners.
  • Review and correct project direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep everything on track and moving forward.
  • Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform.
     

Qualifications
 

  • Above 10 years of Experience in Salesforce.
  • Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
  • Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Very good understanding of Salesforce architecture, licensing model, and best practices is required.
  • Well versed in Integration details of Salesforce with ERP's and other systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to successfully designed and implemented the architecture of Introhive connecting with Salesforce Tasks and Events and writing CDC triggers to port it into a more robust FSC interaction Summaries entitlement model.
  • Strong understanding of NFR, SF best practices, and governor limits.
  • Have been directly involved in managing the releases of various salesforce applications - with a deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets.
  • Have hands-on experience working with Salesforce API [ Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, Rest/ SOAP API, Bulk API, etc.,] and Lightning development.
  • Strong with configuration, customization, programming with APEX, APEX Triggers, Visual force, Chatter.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce1, Marketing cloud awareness will be an added advantage.
