Salesforce Architect

Main Initiatives Working On:

· CRM Migrations including migrating all patient consumer items from legacy to Salesforce Marketing Cloud

§ Mature the Health Cloud implementation – HC is implemented but not mature and doesn’t offer all of the functionalities they were expecting so there has to be a lot of customizations (within lightning)

§ Enhance and expand patient scan models within Salesforce

§ Create and contribute to the overall vision for the platform for the next 3,5,10 years


Environment (Tools and Technologies):

·    Salesforce environment is large, dynamic (lots of integrations and customizations) and built more recently (2018 onwards). All within lightning, no classic.

·    Follow SAFe Agile Model- releases every 6 weeks, 2 weeks and anytime release (3 different ARTs)

·    Integrations with Tibco, AWS, Apex, CDC, and Platform

·    Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud

·    Apex


Must Have Skills/ Requirements: (Top 3-5 or more)

Salesforce Architecture experience, leading POCs
Enterprise environment - SAFe
This person will not be hands on programming, but need to come from a development background with deep understanding of best practices of Apex programming, LWC, Triggers, Flows, etc
Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud
