Description

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud Business scenarios.

At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce.com web services (preferably both REST and SOAP) and other integration methods newly introduced in SFDC with 2 years of Team Lead experience.

Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, components)

Experience with both Sales and Service Cloud

Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML

As a Salesforce Platform Architect/ Tech Lead, responsible design and deliver implementations for enterprise-level customers using Salesforce products.

Manage onshore and offshore teams of developers, admins, business analysts, and project managers.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions.

Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.

Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.

Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Owns the complete Salesforce Service Cloud Solution and Technical Architecture.

The ideal candidate has a mix of CRM processes including Architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/ workshops, and complete solution architecture definition.

Lead the team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.

Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude.

Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.

Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.

Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.

Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.

Provide industry leading technical expertise with Salesforce.

Help to resolve, mitigate technical/architecture issues, and risks as they arise.
