Salesforce Architect

Job Description:

Pay Range $75hr - $80hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story.
• Review solutions and recommend improvement (A strategic approach to solution design) with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
• Own the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for Sales and platform solutions.
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
• Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs.
• Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
• Where appropriate, this could include deploying change.
• Provide guidance on user story writing style.

Experience:

• 12 + years of Overall experience in Salesforce and as a Minimum of 5 + years of Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Strong data management abilities.
• Strong experience in Salesforce flows.
• Strong experience in Partner Management, Commercial Deals, Promotion tools.

Certification:

• Certified in Salesforce certified administrator and Certified Technical Architect.
