Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Extensive experience (15+ years) in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong focus on Service Cloud, API integration, and contact center solutions.
3. Salesforce certifications, including Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect (CAA), highly desirable.
4. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, data migrations, integrations, and scalability enhancements.
5. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).
6. Solid understanding of CRM principles, sales processes, and customer service operations.
7. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, telephony, and analytics platforms.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
10. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor development teams, drive architectural decisions, and influence technical strategies.
