Salesforce Architect

Job Description:

A Salesforce Technical Architect must possess broad knowledge across multiple development

platforms and draws on their skills and experience to assess customer requirements and architecture

in order to design secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of the

Salesforce platform. This particular architect position requires extensive experience working in field

service environments and the candidate for this position must have Field Service Lightning experience.

Responsibilities:

§ Ensure that Salesforce application design best practices are followed

§ Conduct client meetings to solicit the technical aspects of business requirements

§ Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a technical aspect

§ Provide oversight & guidance in the implementation of a project solution

§ Provide recommendations/validations of the technical implementation of a solution

§ Conduct technical design and application code reviews for the project as necessary

§ Assist the project team with writing a Technical Design documentation

Qualifications:

Desired Skills:

§ Salesforce Certified Technical Architect desired not required

§ Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

§ Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant

§ Excellent presentation skills

§ Excellent written and oral communication skills
